OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Provide daily administrative support and overall assistance for HR Staffing, C&B, Training & Development and Employee Relations, mainly on employee data maintenance and collection, process follow up, and employee relation activities organization,etc.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Establish and maintain Employee database and files.
? Assist in Staffing process including preparation and follow up for on board, separation, probation ,transfer in ,transfer out , promotion etc.;
? Assist in Compensation and Benefits activities including data collection and maintenance, and able to keep data handy for HR reports and other activities;
? Assist in Employee Relation related activities, including activity organization, logistics arrangement, and coordination with other departments;
? Provide daily administrative support including calendar maintenance, travel arrangement etc. and ensure all daily HR administrative activities on schedule;
? Responsible for the maintenance and update of HR website with assistance of basic web publishing software applications;
? Provide HR Reports and presentations base on maintained data and files;
? Provide translation assistance for HR team;
? Assistance in other HR activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
? 4 years or equivalent University Degree in HR management, English discipline or equivalent experience;
? 1-2 years of Administrative assistant or HR assistant related experience;
? Good language skills both in Chinese and in English;
? Proficient communication skills both in Chinese and in English;
? Good computer skill and proficient in PowerPoint, Excel etc;
? Multi National Company working experience preferred;
? Good personality: to be initiative, responsible, and of team spirit.
