我的无线网卡总是加载不上。

我的内核为2.6.14.3 下载的驱.动版本为：.

ipw2200-.1.0.8.tgz电脑
ieee802.11-1.1.6.tgz学习
ipw2200-fw-.2.4.tgz外贸


笔记本为Thinkpad. r 51              乙肝

大家快帮帮我困扰好久了。

我的./etc/hotplug./firmware.agent             汽车
记录firmware目录为/lib/firmware，.我已经c.p了firmware了。不知道为什么总是加载不上。电脑

Wireless Ethernet

Note: the following assumes you got the Intel 2200 wireless card; in January 2005 IBM was shipping this in the standard configuration, with other cards being optional, but this may have changed.

To make the ipw2200 driver work properly, you need ipw2200 firmware in /lib/firmware/. The version you need depends on which kernel you're running:
Kernel version         ipw2000 version         Firmware file names
2.6.10         v0.6-v0.16         ipw2200-*.fw)
2.6.11         v0.19         ipw-2.2-*.fw
2.6.12         v1.0         ipw-2.2-*.fw

I downloaded the tarball, su'd to root, and unpacked all files directly into /lib/firmware:

mv ipw2200-fw-2.2.tgz /lib/firmware
cd /lib/firmware
tar -xzvf ipw2200-fw-2.2.tgz

On next boot, the Fedora new hardware configuration wizard prompted me to configure this device. The rest was painless.
你的卡我没有使用过.但是你可以看看这个.我感觉还是fw的地方有问题

可惜 ipw2200 没有针对 kernel-2.4 的驱动。。。。

你现在使用这么腐败的无线网卡阿?我这里还是cisco的350呢 我过去的笔记本是2100 的但是使用起来还行.

DELL 的 INSPIRON 510m，自带的网卡，我不想要都不行。。。。

我已经将ipw-2.4放在/lib/firmware里面了。

但是就是加载不上。我的内核是最新的。内置了ipw2200驱动，但是我没有编译在里面，因为编译后也会提示一样的错误。按照ipw2200的INSTALL文档调整的内核，应该没有什么问题。
大家帮帮忙啦！无限网卡用不了多郁闷啊！

楼主使用的方法和这个安装文档一样吗?我感觉如果是一样的话就不应该出现这样的事情啊?是否可以贴出来你的安装步骤来啊?叫大家看看是不是那里出现了错误或者是你自己在检查一次看看是不是那里执行错误了.

这是我下载的文件版本。是最新版本的。我的内核也是最新的2.6.14.3

You can get the latest ipw2200 source code tarball from:

ipw2200-1.0.4 and earlier versions included the ieee80211 driver within the
ipw2200 source tree. For current versions of ipw2200, starting with 1.0.5,
you must obtain ieee80211 driverjavascript:email() from a separate project:

Instructions for obtaining firmware can be found at:

http://ipw2200.sf.net/firmware.php.

You'll need to unpack the tarballs. ipw2200 and ieee80211 create
subdirectories, but firmware does not; you may want to put the firmware
tarball in its own directory before unpacking.

% tar xzvf ipw2200-fw-.tgz

MAKE SURE THAT THE FOLLOWING CAPABILITIES ARE ENABLED:
