Hengsoft LLC, a USA company registered at the State of Delaware, was founded in 2007 by a proven, veteran business and technical team from Motorola, Inc. Hengsoft has successfully created a new engineering design environment for the rapid development of high-quality, complex infrastructure software for large systems. The goal of the company is to totally automate the software development process from requirement definition, system specification and design, software coding, and testing to realize significant improvements in development cycle time and software reliability. It is also envisaged that this novel software automation approach can also lead to software architectural designs and applications that are inherently simpler, more innovative, and more secured.
Since its inception, Hengsoft has established three research centers in Palatine-Chicago (USA), Kiev (Ukraine), and St. Petersburg (Russia). Key scientists at these centers have been working with the company founders since 2001 to develop the core software automation technologies, and are now integrated within Hengsoft to realize the objectives of the company. The new software development environment offered by Hengsoft can truly revolutionize the software industry, in the same way that the modern electronic design automation (EDA) tools revolutionize the semiconductor IC design industry.
As a Hengsoft’s wholly owned subsidiary, Hengsoft Software Technology (Shanghai) Company was established in the Office Park at Pudong Jingqiao Development Zone in May 2009. Hengsoft Software Technology (Shanghai) aims at driving the company’s software automation technology into various global markets by serving prominent global customers in software development, enhancements, and maintenance.
